Corporate Inclusion Institute (CII)

 

Supporting young diverse professionals while developing the cultural fluency of mid-to senior-level managers.

 

 

 

Building a diverse and inclusive workforce is a business imperative. But getting there isn't easy.

Many young diverse business professionals that are "first to college" and "first to corporate" in their family often feel they don't have a firm grasp on how to navigate this new environment can feel isolated and disconnected from the corporate culture. At the same time, their managers might struggle to guide them without the benefit of specific training or adequate cultural fluency. 

To address these challenges, Chicago United is launching the Corporate Inclusion Institute (CII) in Jan. 2019. This program offers a unique learning and development process that addresses those challenges and delivers value to young recruits and managers alike.
