Chicago United’s Bridge Awards Celebration is Chicago’s premier event celebrating excellence in
diversity, equity and inclusion in business.

Our theme this year is:
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion = IMPACT

Highlighting the celebration is the presentation of Chicago United’s Bridge Award, honoring a company that has demonstrated extraordinary leadership in achieving diversity, equity and inclusion, especially at the board and highest executive levels within their organization. This award brings visibility to those who have led change and inspired others to follow, fostering multiracial leadership in business.

Even more, we will present the 2024 BLC President’s Award, a biennial award recognizing an individual Chicago United Business Leader of Color, as well as the 2024 CU Impact Award, presented to a Small to Mid-sized Chicago United Member Company or Minority Business Enterprise that has shown progress around inclusion in their ranks and community.

We look forward to gathering with our members, partners, friends, and allies for an evening of celebration, held at The Geraghty (2520 S. Hoyne Ave., Chicago), reinforcing our foundation: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion = IMPACT.
