A Strong Investment in Both People and Performance

This evening, the work of Chicago United moves from learning to impact as we prepare to celebrate the Corporate Inclusion Institute’s (CII) Cohort IX participants with a Closing Reception.

With the completion of Cohort IX, we celebrate 627 leaders who have completed this transformative program. According to data from The Center for Talent Innovation, companies that lead with inclusion see up to 40% improvement in market share. Throughout their journey, the Fellows, Corporate Guides, Managers and Executive Sponsors of Cohort IX have gained the learning and development experience necessary for retaining talent, strengthening internal mobility and performance. They are now prepared for leadership with new skills, confidence and cultural fluency.

Now more than ever, we must ensure that inclusive business practices translate into meaningful action—expanding opportunity and building sustainable talent pipelines. This is how we create lasting impact within our organizations and across Chicago’s business community. This is why CII remains a strong investment in both people and performance.

Be well,
