Head of the Class

Fall is always an exciting season as students return to the classroom—ready to grow, connect with others, exchange ideas and pursue new milestones. It is inspiring to see the possibilities that await, both inside and outside the classroom.

A strong foundation prepares students for future success. That same principle guides Chicago United’s work to collaborate, educate and convene our Members and their employees at every level with the mission to advance professional development. Through our Signature Programming this Fall, Chicago United will continue to bring together diverse perspectives, backgrounds and talents. From the Emerging Leaders Series to C-Suite Sessions, our programs continue to emphasize education, insights and connections. The Corporate Inclusion Institute builds a foundation for future success by developing talent, breaking down silos and strengthening collaboration—a strong investment in both people and performance. Additionally, our Small Business Partnership Program further strengthens that foundation by connecting small businesses with the corporate community through networking and partnership opportunities. Just as the classroom prepares students for what comes next, Chicago United's corporate assignment is continuing to support our Members in strengthening the talent pipeline. Chicago United remains committed to providing the programming and resources that prepare leaders—and our business community—for future success. Be well,
