Engaging Our Members and Employees

Creating tangible impact within any organization is a team sport.

At a time when employee engagement needs to be strengthened, our goal at Chicago United is to continue to create opportunities for our Members that help them build inclusive, high-performing, highly-skilled employees and teams.

Chicago United's programming helps our Members develop their people and leadership pipelines, support upward mobility and growth, and connect employees with like-minded people and companies across industries and sectors, all while providing access to a network like no other.

Our programming cultivates culturally competent thinking at all levels within an organization and supports professional development that grows both the person and the professional, which in turn helps our Member Companies retain, develop and attract talent, stay competitive, and drive tangible results.

The work of Chicago United exemplifies what happens when Chicago’s business community—our Members and Partners—unite around a common purpose to drive meaningful change for a more inclusive business culture.

How are you strengthening your employee engagement? If you need help, Chicago United is the answer.

Be well,
