This month, Chicago United welcomed four emerging young leaders to our team as Summer Interns. Throughout the summer season, they will learn more about our vision and mission while experiencing firsthand the impact of inclusive business practices. Providing a motivational platform for these Interns exemplifies Chicago United’s work to cultivate corporate cultures where everyone is empowered to succeed. We are the bridge, convener, catalyst, and guide—bringing together diverse perspectives, backgrounds and sectors to build a more prosperous business environment for everyone. We remain focused on advocating for access and opportunity, accelerating inclusive leadership, and cultivating a thriving business community. It is our responsibility to strengthen the talent pipeline and ensure young leaders across the continuum have their share of equitable access to opportunity.
