Chicago United’s President and CEO Tiffany Hamel Johnson and Pamela Graves, Chicago United's Vice President of Marketing and Communications, attended ABC7’s Mayoral Town Hall with Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and posed the question: “Chicago United’s vision is to make our city the most inclusive business ecosystem in the nation … because as we all know, Good Business Includes Everyone. What incentives is the city willing to offer corporations that lead in inclusive business practices?”

Dr. Kimbra Bell, Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine and Medical Director of the Northwestern Medicine Bronzeville Advanced Outpatient Care Center and a 2023 BLC; Dia Nichols, President of Advocate Health Care and a 2025 BLC; and Rani Williams, Chief Diversity & Community Health Equity Officer at UI Health and a 2025 BLC, were named to the Chicago Defender’s “Vital Signs,” honoring 25 standout healthcare professionals in Chicago.
