The 2026 PROGRAM SEASON Is HEre

Chicago United’s 2026 Signature Programming Series—our year-long lineup designed to provide leaders at every level with opportunities for professional development, insight, and collaboration—launched this month. The series began with the Opening Breakfast and Academic Sessions for the Corporate Inclusion Institute Cohort IX, where participants were introduced to the program’s mission and nine-month leadership journey.

Programming is at the core of Chicago United’s work, convening leaders across industries and sectors through curated peer networks, roundtables, and events that build community and drive shared progress.

What began as a focused effort has today evolved into a comprehensive suite of offerings that serve every level of an organization: C-Suite Sessions, the BLC Programming Series, Employee Resource Group Symposiums, the Emerging Leaders Series, People & Culture Roundtables, the Mid-Level Manager Series, the Small Business Partnership Program, and CII.

We continue to listen and respond to the needs of our Members and Partners, ensuring our programming delivers value to every stage of leadership—from emerging leaders and mid-level managers to the C-suite and boardroom. In 2025, we welcomed more than 100 additional participants to our programs who engaged with peers, strengthened their leadership capabilities, and developed the skills needed to drive transformative change within their organizations and across Chicago’s business ecosystem.

We are prepared to build on this momentum and cultivate programming that supports leadership and professional development and inclusive business practices. I invite you to join us. Be well,
