Our 2026 Resolution For Success

Embracing the simple truth that Good Business Includes Everyone, Chicago United is resolved to progress alongside our Members, Partners and Friends in 2026 to ensure everyone—from the emerging leader to the senior executive and the board level—benefits from our work.

Despite the immense challenges in 2025, we continued to build upon our Signature Programming, which helped our community strengthen leadership pipelines, connect with organizations that share similar values, and enhance internal corporate initiatives. We created opportunities to learn, collaborate, engage, and foster inclusion-driven impact. As the New Year approaches, you can trust that Chicago United will remain committed to its vision. We will continue striving to make our region the most inclusive business environment in Chicago, and will work alongside leaders across industries to build community and drive shared progress. Thank you for your ongoing commitment and support. I wish you a joyful holiday season and a dynamic, inclusive, and successful New Year.

Be well,
