Chicago United’s Corporate Inclusion Institute – CII – recently hosted a closing reception for Cohort VIII under the theme “Celebrating Success.” Through the nine-month professional development program, Cohort VIII participants have rigorously evaluated their strengths, areas for growth and preferences. They have concentrated on enhancing cross-cultural competency and inclusive leadership skills, and have developed capabilities to foster collaborative, high-performing teams. Since its inception in 2019, CII has matriculated nearly 600 participants, supporting a robust talent development pipeline and advancing career mobility for everyone. As Cohort IX prepares to commence in 2026, this program will continue to exemplify the significance of cultivating a collaborative culture and building effective teams that drive business performance. This work is imperative because it enables participants to adapt to evolving market demands and ensures organizations sustain formidable business growth.
