EMPLOYEE NETWORK GROUP FORUMS
The Chicago United Employee Network Group Forums are an
opportunity for leaders of employee network groups (ENGs),
human resource professionals, and members of senior management
to share information, strategies and best practices around
issues like organizing employee network groups; leveraging
ENGs for professional growth and development; and the
role of ENGs in corporate America. Presented twice annually,
the half-day forums are no cost to attendees. Work at
the Chicago United Forums helps build winning workforces
and create more culturally competent work environments.
Overview
Chicago
United has produced the Employee Network Group (ENG) Forum
Series since 2004. The Forum has tackled a wide variety
of issues ranging from organizing an ENG and building
the business case to engaging executive management in
the process. The Forum has also explored articulating
the value of ENGs and setting and accomplishing organizational
goals and objectives.
Value
The
Employee Network Group Forum is a free half-day forum
where leaders of ENGs, human resource professionals, and
members of senior management have the opportunity to share
information and strategies. Work at the Chicago United
ENG Forum helps to build winning workforces and to create
more culturally competent work environments. The only
investment you make is your time.
Employee
network groups are an important resource in building the
next generation of leaders, and have the potential to
add significant value to members and employers.
Who Should Attend
Chicago
United designed this program with ENG members in mind.
We encourage the participation of leaders of employee
network groups, business networks and/or diversity leadership
councils and sponsors. Members of the executive management
team, senior-level managers, and human resource professionals
are also encouraged to attend to explore the common strategic
thread of diversity and inclusion initiatives.

you have any questions regarding the content of the program,
