We welcomed Tiffany Hamel Johnson
She joined Chicago United as our new President and CEO, making her the first African-American woman to hold this position in our organization's history.

Facing the dual pandemics of both racial unrest and COVID-19, Chicago United worked diligently to provide Chicago's CEOs with the insights and network they needed to navigate the events we found ourselves facing in 2020.

Over 500 people celebrated the 2020 Bridge Awards
This year, we honored DG Macpherson,
Chairman and CEO of Grainger, with the Bridge Award. The award represents an important part of Chicago United’s advocacy work in fostering multiracial leadership at the highest levels of Corporate America.
We recognized 70 individuals who completed the Corporate Inclusion Institute
Chicago United held a virtual ceremony to celebrate the hard work the individuals from Cohorts II and III put into completing this rigourous and transformative program.
