People & Culture Roundtable: Learning and Development

Join Chicago United for a peer-to-peer roundtable tailored for senior learning and development leaders. This session offers a space for honest reflection, mutual learning, and strategic exchange on aligning L&D with evolving business goals, innovating inclusive delivery models, and cultivating a culture of continuous development.

Following the roundtable, guests are invited to enjoy a private Tram Tour from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The guided tour will explore the Morton Arboretum’s 1,700 acres, featuring highlights of the Vivid Creatures exhibit. Please dress appropriately for the weather, as the Tram Tour will proceed rain or shine, except in the case of severe conditions.
