This statement captures both Aon’s promise and our potential with respect to creating an inclusive environment that nurtures the unique backgrounds, skills and creativity of our employees, suppliers and partners. Gregory C. Case

President and Chief Executive Officer
Aon Corporation

Greg Case is president and chief executive officer of Aon Corporation, the leading global risk, reinsurance and human capital services firm. He is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors.

Under Case’s leadership, Aon has strengthened its position as a global organization offering integrated business solutions for clients. Leading the efforts of more than 37,000 colleagues in over 500 offices in 120 countries, Case continues to execute a three-part strategy focused on delivering distinctive value for clients, attracting the best talent and achieving operational excellence. Since joining Aon in April 2005, he has traveled worldwide meeting with clients and colleagues communicating and sharpening his vision for the organization.

Case also is committed to providing an inclusive environment at Aon. Its diversity initiatives are leading the way not only in the risk management and human capital industries, but in the global business community. An example of putting this strategy into action was the creation of Aon Cornerstone Solutions, an entrepreneurial growth strategy designed to deliver distinctive value to its clients by developing relationships with minority-owned partners across the firm’s three main business units. By embracing the needs of its clients and the talent imperatives of the communities it serves, and by cascading its diversity strategy throughout the global organization, Aon continues to focus on hiring the best, building the best, and being the best.

Case has nearly two decades of experience in the insurance and financial services industries. Before joining Aon, he served on the governing Shareholders’ Committee at McKinsey & Company, a leading international management consultant, and led their Global Insurance and Financial Services Practice. Prior to McKinsey, he worked for the investment banking firm of Piper, Jaffray and Hopwood, and at the Federal Reserve Bank.

Case holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from Kansas State University. He serves on the Boards of The International Insurance Society, Inc., Children’s Memorial Hospital, Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago, Economic Club of Chicago, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Field Museum of Natural History, Discover Financial Services Corporation, Financial Services Roundtable, Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum and St. John’s University School of Risk Management, where he was named the 2008 Insurance Executive of the Year.
