ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Anuradha Hebbar is the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Global Practice Leader at Kincentric. Anuradha leads consulting engagements with CEOs, C-Suites and boards in inclusive leadership, DEI, talent, and culture. Hebbar leads her clients to conduct objective assessments around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Prior, she has held multiple DEI roles with companies including, Verizon, Zurich North America, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, and McDonalds.
Additionally, she was on the diversity and inclusion councils of the Executives’ Club of Chicago and the Conference Board, and she is a Chicago United Business Leaders of Color Honoree (2021).
